Events
Refunds for Events
Refunds for events hosted by Red Dog Riders Social Motorcycle Club Incorporated are at our discretion. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund for an event, please contact us as soon as possible at cancellations@rdrsmc.co.nz with the details of your request.
Physical Products
30-Day Return Policy for Damaged and Defective Products
We offer a 30-day return policy for physical products purchased through our Shopify store that are damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may return the item within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund, exchange, or store credit, subject to the following conditions:
Condition of Products: Products must be returned in their original condition with all original packaging and tags attached.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
How to Return a Damaged or Defective Item
Contact Us: Email us at returns@rdrsmc.co.nz to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and a description of the issue.
Return Shipping: We will provide instructions for return shipping. Depending on the situation, we may cover the return shipping costs.
Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a damaged or defective item for a replacement, please contact us at returns@rdrsmc.co.nz to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
